Production and aging
Using the traditional method (champenoise), a second fermentation takes place inside the bottle, before the cava is aged for 12 months in the cellar.

Tasting notes
In terms of appearance, its colour is a pale yellow with a delicate, fine constant stream of bubbles. On the nose, the intense floral and fruity aromas stand out, denoting youth. On the palate, it is exuberant and intense. The freshness of the fruit is prominent, giving way to a lively finish.

Serving notes
Ideal as an appetizer, for accompanying exquisite tapas and a perfect accompaniment for desserts and all types of dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine. Optimal serving temperature 4°C-8°C.

Tasting notes
Attractive, pale yellow colour with constant, delicate, fine bubbles. On the nose, the intense fruity aromas stand out with floral tones that denote youth. In the mouth, it is intense, fruity and lingering.

Serving notes
Ideal for accompanying a wide diversity of snacks, main meals or desserts. Optimum serving temperature: 4°C-8°C.

Production and aging
Using the traditional method (champenoise), a second fermentation takes place inside the bottle, before the cava is aged for 15 months in the cellar.

Tasting notes
In terms of appearance, it has an attractive cherry pink colour and fine bubbles in several beads. On the nose, intense fruity aromas are prominent, alongside subtle floral tones. On the palate, it is intense and seductive with red fruit notes and smooth hints of candy.

Serving notes
Perfect accompaniment for appetizers, dark chocolate desserts and custards. Magnificent with red fruits, such as strawberries and cherries. Optimal serving temperature 4°C-8°C.

Production and aging
Using the traditional (champenoise) method, it is fermented for a second time in the bottle and later matured for 18 months in the cellar.

Tasting notes
In terms of appearance, its colour is straw yellow with delicate golden hints and an extremely fine bubble that forms several beads. On the nose, it is refined with light toasty hints, thanks to the care taken with its aging. On the palate, the harmonious balance between freshness and smoothness is surprising, with a refined finish in which the hints of fine herbs and nuts come to the fore.

Serving notes
Delicious accompaniment to select appetizers, quality cured meats, desserts and all other types of dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine. Optimal serving temperature 4°C-8°C.
